KEETMANSHOOP, 04 FEB (NAMPA) - Water is not just a resource, but a fundamental human right and a key driver of economic growth and stability, Minister of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform, Calle Schlettwein has said.
Schlettwein's remarks were delivered in a speech read on his behalf at the second Namibia Regional Water Symposium at Keetmanshoop on Tuesday.
