MARIENTAL, 04 FEB (NAMPA) – The water level in the Hardap Dam has fallen further, from 16.3 per cent to 14.8 per cent, according to a NamWater bulletin released on Monday.
NamWater’s Head of Public Relations and Corporate Communications, Lot Ndamanomhata, attributed the decline to insufficient rainfall and limited water inflow into the dam.
“There has been no adequate rainfall or inflow of water into the Hardap Dam,” Ndamanomhata said.
