WINDHOEK, 03 FEB (NAMPA) – Namibia’s Ambassador to China, Elia Kaiyamo has called on African countries to invest in information access and thus close the digital divide.
Kaiyamo said this during an online workshop on innovation, science, technology and the contemporary world on Friday.
