OMUTHIYA, 02 FEB (NAMPA) - A 29-year-old man allegedly raped a 24-year-old woman at Onyaanya area in the Oshikoto Region on Friday.
According to the crime report issued by the regional commander, Theopoline Kalompho-Nashikaku on Monday on Friday, the incident occurred at 22h00 and a case has been opened against the suspect, who is an Angolan national.
