DBN bemoans low off-take of loans in Zambezi

KATIMA MULILO, 31 JAN (NAMPA) – Spokesperson of the Development Bank of Namibia (DBN), Jerome Mutumba, says there is a low off-take of DBN loans in the Zambezi region compared to other parts of the country, thereby increasing poverty levels in the process.
Mutumba made the remarks recently on the sidelines of a wide-ranging interview with different media outlets at a local school in Katima Mulilo, where a pledge of N.dollar 100 000 was made by DB...
