OMUTHIYA, 29 JAN (NAMPA) – Construction of the 50-kilometre Omuthiya-Elambo gravel road has commenced, with completion expected within two years.
A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on 18 February 2025, Bicon Dunamis consultant, Helena Uugwanga said during a site visit by Oshikoto Governor Penda Ya Ndakolo on Wednesday.
