RUNDU, 27 JAN (NAMPA) - The principal of Shambyu Senior Secondary School in the Kavango East Region, Thadeus Hamutenya, has said lack of computers and reliable internet connectivity is hindering effective education at the school.
“Our school has 1 200 learners with 29 teachers and all of us have to use two computers, which are the only functional ones out of the eight computers the school has,” Hamutenya said when Nampa recently visited the scho...
