SWAKOPMUND, 27 JAN (NAMPA) – Namibia’s severe drought conditions have prompted the Ministry of Agriculture, Water, and Land Reform to expedite drought response measures.
This follows President Nangolo Mbumba’s declaration of a drought emergency last year.
