WINDHOEK, 23 JAN (NAMPA) - The lawyer representing the government in the high-profile red line matter, Herman Steyn, has accused Affirmative Repositioning movement leader, Job Amupanda of distorting the facts surrounding an incident at the Oshivelo checkpoint.
