EPUKIRO, 23 JAN (NAMPA) - In an effort to address the needs of the region, the Omaheke Regional Council (ORC) and stakeholders gathered at Otjiwarongo in the Otjozondjupa Region for a three-day seminar.
The seminar aims to give the regional council and its stakeholders a platform to draft actionable programmes, activities and projects that will guide the office bearers for the next five years.
