FNB assures customers of refunds in fraud cases

WINDHOEK, 23 JAN (NAMPA) - First National Bank Namibia (FNB) has confirmed that it refunds customers who fall victim to fraud, depending on the circumstances of each case.
Speaking at a media conference here on Thursday, FNB Chief Operating Officer Rodney Forbes outlined the bank’s approach to handling fraud and supporting affected customers.
Forbes explained that the bank refunds customers if it is found to be at fault.
