Kongola residents live in fear due to constant prison escapes

KATIMA MULILO, 23 JAN (NAMPA) – The community of Kongola settlement in the Zambezi region have expressed concern about incidents of prison escapes constantly being experienced at the Menias Brian Libuto police holding cells.
These escapes, they say, have far more social and economic consequences on the settlement, as residents now live in fear and could be a threat to especially, the tourism sector.
