OTJIWARONGO, 20 JAN (NAMPA) - Two men were arrested at Okondjatu settlement in the Okakarara Constituency on Sunday after they were allegedly found in possession of 34 parcels of skunk cannabis.
Otjozondjupa Region Crime Investigations Coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Edna Nawa, in an interview with Nampa on Monday said the two suspects are aged 18 and 23 years and are residents of Okatoto village at the settlement.
