OSHAKATI, 19 JAN (NAMPA) - A 10-year-old boy has allegedly killed his two-year-old cousin by stuffing sand into her mouth at Akaonde village in the Onesi Constituency.
The Namibian Police Force’s Regional Commander for Omusati, Commissioner Ismael Basson, said the incident occurred around 20h00 on Saturday.
