Smooth start to Guinas Constituency by-elections

TSINTSABIS, 17 JAN (NAMPA) – Voting in the Guinas Constituency by-election was off to a smooth start on Friday, with strong turnout observed early in the day, particularly among elderly voters.
Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) officials reported that everything went according to plan, with voting starting promptly at 07h00 at the five fixed and four mobile polling stations.
