TSINTSABIS, 16 JAN (NAMPA) - Residents of the Guinas Constituency in the Oshikoto region are demanding access to electricity, a supermarket, and open markets ahead of the by-elections on Friday.

A total of 4331 eligible voters in the Guinas Constituency are expected to cast their votes at 20 polling stations, including five fixed stations and 15 mobile stations, between 07h00 and 21h00. Voters will choose between the Landless People’s Movement (...
