TSINTSABIS, 16 JAN (NAMPA) - The Oshikoto Guinas Constituency by-election candidates have promised to deliver their best once elected to office.

Landless People's Movement (LPM) candidate, Fransiskus Khumub, in an interview with Nampa on Thursday highlighted that he is the best candidate for the councillor position as he will prioritise the marginalised communities, who form the majority of the inhabitants in the Guinas Constituency.
