OTJIWARONGO, 16 JAN (NAMPA) - A newly constructed bridge connecting Otjiwarongo town centre to Orwetoveni Extension 16 and DRC informal area at the town was on Thursday morning officially inaugurated by the Otjiwarongo Municipality.
