TSUMEB, 16 JAN (NAMPA) - A five-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her nine-year-old cousin at Tsintsabis settlement in the Oshikoto Region during December last year.
Oshikoto Regional Commander Theopoline Kalompho-Nashikaku in a crime report on Wednesday said a case has been opened, but the police are facing difficulties in identifying the suspect as he is an identical twin.
