WINDHOEK, 14 JAN (NAMPA) - From the dusty township of Mondesa in Swakopmund of the Erongo region, Jolisa Garises emerged the highest performing learner for the 2024 Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary level (NSSCO) examination.

Garises, from Rukonga Vision School in the Kavango East Region, performed best in six ordinary level subjects, as announced by the Minister of Education, Arts and Culture, Anna Nghipondoka on Tuesday.
