OMUTHIYA, 04 DEC (NAMPA) - Landless People's Movement (LPM)'s Fransiscus Khumub and his older brother, Swapo’s Moses Khumub are the only two candidates to contest the Oshikoto's Guinas constituency by-election set for 17 January 2025.
