OSHAKATI, 30 DEC (NAMPA) – The recent heavy rainfall in Oshakati has caused flash floods, leaving many homes submerged.
Ndapandula Paulus, a resident of Okandjengedi South, expressed her concerns about the rising water levels to Nampa on Monday, saying they are finding it difficult to move around and their properties are damaged.
