WINDHOEK, 30 DEC (NAMPA) - A 26-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the alleged rape of a toddler at Walvis Bay.
The Namibian Police Force in a crime report said the incident allegedly occurred in the Kuisebmond residential area on Friday.
According to the crime report, the child’s mother dropped her daughter aged 13 months off at her nanny’s house around 06h00 and went to work.
