KATIMA MULILO, 26 DEC (NAMPA) – Ten ‘Christmas babies’ were born at the Katima Mulilo State Hospital on Wednesday.
Sister Sepiso Lichaba told Nampa the first ‘Christmas baby’ was delivered at 02h37 weighing 3.09 kilogrammes (kg), followed by a baby weighing 3.5kg delivered via C-section.
Out of the 10 babies, three were premature and weighed less than 2kg.
Sister Lichaba said the last baby was delivered at 21h09.
