WINDHOEK, 21 DEC (NAMPA) – The Minister of Sport, Youth and National Service, Agnes Tjongarero has appointed an interim board of the National Youth Council.
This comes after the previous board was dismissed by the minister, who cited several transgressions, including repeated failure to comply with ministerial directives.
