GOBABIS, 20 DEC (NAMPA) – The Namibian Police Force in the Omaheke Region has launched its Festive Season Operation 2024/2025 to enhance road safety and curb crime during the holiday period.
Speaking at the Gobabis/Windhoek Road Traffic Checkpoint on Thursday, NamPol Commander for the Omaheke Region, Commissioner Heinrich Tjiveze, said the operation began on 15 November and will continue until schools reopen in January 2025.
