WINDHOEK, 19 DEC (NAMPA) - The Swapo Party will hold an extraordinary congress at the end of February next year to elect the president of the Namibian governing party.
The party’s spokesperson, Hilma Nicanor, said on Thursday that the congress is scheduled to be held from 28 February to 02 March as resolved at the party’s central committee meeting held on 13 December in Windhoek.
