OSHAKATI, 16 DEC (NAMPA) – The Oshakati Town Council on Monday officially held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a N.dollars 10.5 million gravity sewer network and water reticulation system for Oshakati North Extension 12 and Portion Extension One.
