OMUTHIYA, 15 DEC (NAMPA) – The vice president of the Swapo Party and the President-elect of Namibia, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah said she plans to implement the 2025-2030 Election Manifesto that contains the commitments Swapo has made to the people of Namibia.
