WINDHOEK, 11 (NAMPA) - Former Justice Minister, Sacky Shanghala, has refused to enter plea regarding the charges he faces in the Fishnet trial, insisting that presiding Judge Moses Chinhengo lacks the jurisdiction to try him and his co-accused on the 42 criminal charges they face.
