OMUTHIYA, 11 DEC (NAMPA)— Swapo Party's Secretary for Information and Mobilisation for the Oshikoto Region, Saara Shikokola, has announced that three candidates from the Guinas Constituency will stand in the by-election on 20 January 2025.

Shikokola told Nampa on Wednesday that two male candidates, Moses Komob and Jan Haneb, and one female candidate, Charmaine Aukhumes, will contest the regional councillor position for the Guinas Constituency....
