OMUTHIYA, 09 NOV (NAMPA) – The lifeless body of an elderly man was reportedly discovered floating in an earth dam at Odibo in the Ohangwena region on Saturday.
According to the Namibian Police Force's Ohangwena Crime Investigation Coordinators, Deputy Commissioner Melanie Mburu on Monday, the lifeless body of the unknown man was found floating above the water at about 07h50 by other villagers who were about to fetch water at the dam.
