WINDHOEK, 08 DEC (NAMPA) - Swapo Party Women’s Council (SPWC) has lauded party vice president and president-elect, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on becoming Namibia’s first female President-elect, a victory they dedicated to women all over the country.
