OTJIWARONGO, 06 DEC (NAMPA) – Residents of the Otjiwarongo and Grootfontein constituencies in the Otjozondjupa Region can expect to vote for their new constituency councillors in separate by-elections before June 2025.
This is due to the appearance of their current constituency councillors - Elder Filipe of Grootfontein and Marlayn Mbakera of the Otjiwarongo Constituency - on the new list of members of parliament as announced on Wednesday by the...
