WINDHOEK, 03 DEC (NAMPA) – The Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Namibia, Elsie Nghikembua has explained the challenges of using ballot papers and compared them to electronic voting machines (EVMs).
Nghikembua was speaking during a press briefing on the official election results announcement at the ECN head office Tuesday.
