WINDHOEK, 02 DEC (NAMPA) - The Supreme Court held a dual ceremony on Monday to honour Justice Dave Smuts, who is retiring, and welcome Justice Hosea Angula as a permanent judge.
Chief Justice Peter Shivute commended Smuts for his contributions to Namibia’s judiciary and legal landscape.
He praised Smuts for his dedication and service throughout his life and career.
