WINDHOEK, 29 NOV (NAMPA) - Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) spokesperson, De Wet Siluka has said some individuals are misleading the public by tampering with results posted at polling stations.
“We have observed that some people are taking chances to go and add additional numbers to these results that were announced and posted outside the polling stations, misleading the public,” Siluka told Nampa at the TransNamib hall in the Windhoek West...
