Ohangwena completes voter counts, cites network failure

EENHANA, 29 NOV (NAMPA) - Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) Ohangwena Regional Electoral Officer, Henock Hanga has confirmed the completion of the counting of voters from all 472 polling stations.
He however said problems with the network issues is hampering the uploading of results to the system.
Speaking to Nampa on Friday, Hanga said all 12 constituencies completed counting by the end of Thursday and are at their collation centres verify...
