EENHANA, 29 NOV (NAMPA) - An Angolan man was arrested in the Ohangwena Region on Thursday after he reportedly raped a 13-year-old boy at Oshimangwa village on two occasions.
According to the Namibian Police Force’s Ohangwena Crime Investigations Coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Melanie Mburuu, the first incident occurred at an unknown date in the middle of the year.
