Man dies after assault in Omusati Region

OSHAKATI, 29 NOV (NAMPA) - A 51-year-old man died after he was allegedly assaulted with sticks at Onanyalala village in the Omusati Region.
The Namibian Police Force’s Omusati Regional Commander, Commissioner Ismael Basson, said the incident occurred Tuesday night.
The deceased has been identified as Fillemon Iithete Johannes.
