EENHANA, 28 NOV (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia’s (ECN) electoral officer for the Ohangwena Region, Henock Hanga, has clarified that the decision to extend voting hours beyond 21h00 on Wednesday was directed to polling stations where ballot papers had run out.
