KATIMA MULILO, 28 NOV (NAMPA) – Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) Returning Officer for the Linyanti Constituency, Bedell Libetwa says they have finished counting and verifying the preliminary election results from all 12 polling stations in the constituency.
By midday Thursday, he said although they have the preliminary results, his team is unable upload these the election results on the portal at the Linyanti Constituency collation centre....
