MARIENTAL, 28 NOV (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) in the Hardap Region is making progress with vote counting and data submission following voting Wednesday.
ECN Hardap regional electoral officer, Willem Uirab told Nampa on Thursday that three constituencies - Aranos, Daweb, and Gibeon - have finished counting ballots and were in the process of uploading results to the ECN database.
