Ballot shortages anger Opuwo voters

OPUWO, 27 NOV (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has come under heavy criticism due to the shortages of ballot papers at some polling stations at Opuwo in the Kunene Region.
Voting in Kunene started at 07h00 at most polling stations. Some started slightly late due to delays caused by challenges with their equipment.
