WINDHOEK, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – Martha Indongo, a presiding officer at the Suiderhof Primary School polling station in the Windhoek East Constituency, has described the election process as fast and smooth with no technical issues experienced, apart from some voter cards that were unreadable.
