OIKANGO, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – Presiding officers and party agents in areas of the Oshana Region have commended community members for making the voting process run smoothly.
Fenni Kamenye, presiding officer at a mobile polling station at Akweenyanga North Public Space in Ongwediva, said the process was smooth since kicking off at 07h00.
