KATIMA MULILO, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – Some mobile teams in the Kabbe North Constituency of the Zambezi Region have indicated that though all is going as planned, they are facing delays due to technical difficulties of the voter verifier and poor road network in the constituency.
This was confirmed by the two presiding officers in the two mobile teams that Nampa spoke to on Wednesday afternoon around 16h00.
