OKANGHUDI, 27 NOV (NAMPA - Ohangwena governor Sebastian Ndeitunga has expressed gratitude to the residents of his region for coming out in large numbers to cast their votes.
Speaking shortly after casting his vote at a little after 08h00 at the Okanghudi polling station in the region on Wednesday, Ndeitunga said he has observed that residents woke up early to cast their votes at various polling stations.
