DORDABIS, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – Frustrations flared up Wednesday when the local translators of election observers were allowed to vote ahead of those already in the queue without prior consultation, angering waiting voters at the Dordabis mobile polling unit situated at the local police station.
"We have been standing in the sun since morning, and this is unfair," a voter in the crowd said.
