KATIMA MULILO, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – It was all systems go at exactly 07h00 on Wednesday as all polling stations opened on time in the Zambezi Region capital of Katima Mulilo, as well as other parts of the region.
As the polling gates opened, Zambezi Governor Lawrence Sampofu was the first to cast his vote at the Ngweze Community Hall. Minutes later, Katima Mayor John Ntemwa also cast his vote at the same venue.
